Mastergrain provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for its pre-hung door systems, covering specific manufacturing and material defects:

• Lifetime warranty on door slabs, jambs, brick molds, and door lite frames for manufacturing defects.
• Seal failure warranty on glass components; covers grilles and SDL bars against failure or movement.
• Paint and stain finish: Factory-applied finishes are warranted against fading, cracking, peeling, and blistering as long as proper maintenance is followed.
• Hardware warranty: Covers components like sills, weather stripping, and hinges for varying terms (refer to hardware provider for exact coverage).

This warranty applies to products installed in residential properties, is transferable with proof of purchase, and excludes installation-related defects or damages from improper storage or maintenance
